Can I use Eraser for free?

Yes, the Free plan is for individuals and small teams who are getting started on Eraser. Free plan teams can create up to 8 files and generate up to 20 AI diagrams.

What is a file?

A file consists of a single infinite canvas and a note editor.

Who are members?

Members of a team have full edit access to all of the files that belong to a team. Each member is charged on the Professional and Enterprise plan.

Who are guests?

Guests can edit and comment only on specific files that they have been invited to. All plans allow for unlimited free guests are allowed on all plans.

How do AI diagrams work?

AI diagrams are created from a given prompt. They can be edited either manually using diagram-as-code or AI edits. Free plan teams are allowed 20 AI generations or edits.

What are private files?

Private files are for work that should not be open to all team members. Only user that have been invited can access the file.

Do you offer discounts for education users, non profits, and open source projects?

What if I'm using Eraser via a virtual office?

Eraser files created in a non-Eraser environment like a virtual office (e.g. Gather, Kumospace) will not count toward the file limit.
